To be accepted, products must meet the following conditions:

  • They must not be personalized or made-to-measure products, unless there are manufacturing defects.

How to Make a Return

  • First and last name.
  • Order number.
  • Reason for return (optional).

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise communicated or if defects are found.

Refunds

After receiving and quality-checking your return, we will inform you via email of the outcome.

  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 7-14 business days, using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
  • If the return does not meet the indicated conditions, the product will be returned to you without a refund.

Defective or Incorrect Products
